At Serenity Knives, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to shop with confidence.

Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products showing signs of use, abuse, modification, or damage after delivery
  • Any Damage to the product or packaging

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

 

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Cash will only be given if Cash was used for the purchase.

Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges

Where inventory permits, we may offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from:

  • A product defect
  • Shipping damage
  • An error made by Serenity Knives
