The Takefu Knife Village is a community founded by knife makers who still use the traditional forging techniques passed down through the generations, over 700 years. They create fully handmade and finished products that border on fine art. However, not using the finished product would be wasteful of the time and craftsmanship that went into making some of the best performance oriented tools in the industry.
