This is our standard Kitchen utility or petty knife shape. This one is made in CPM 154 High grade stainless steel, which takes and holds and excellent edge, and can still be sharpened on a stone. The handle is Green Box Elder and Serenity Resin that my wife has made for us, the handle is comfortable and durable.  I did a 2 stage acid wash on the blade with wax to get this great looking finish.
