Janus’ Santoku is a fun continuation of a series of asymmetrical color schemes knives using different handle materials. Janus’ Santoku is extra light with a thin CPM-154 stainless steel blade and a hand rubbed finish. This complex handle has an amboyna/red g-10 liner and box elder burl bolster with mammoth bark/green g-10 liners in the middle and a marbled red and yellow resin pommel with six copper pins. This knife comes with a Serenity Knives edge guard.
