This paring knife shape is great for small fruit and berries but could be used for whatever small tasks come to pass. The blade is CPM-154 stainless steel with a shiny buffed forge finish. The handle has an AAO hybrid of stabilized Maple Burl with blue and black resin and two Tiffany blue g10 pins. This knife comes with a Serenity Knives edge guard.
