Gyuto in M4


Here is our first ever kitchen knife in CPM-M4 high carbon steel. M4 is regarded as one of the best competition cutting blade steels due to its premium edge retention, hardness and toughness. This Gyuto features a single layer mustard patina that will change in color and shape over time due to the acids and oils in the foods you cut. The handle is a WA made of an Ironwood resin hybrid. This Gyuto comes with a Serenity Knives edge guard.
