This chef cleaver has a CPM-154 stainless steel blade with a buffed forge antiqued finish. This knife has nicely contoured scales made of stabilized box elder burl and a g-10 elder burl pommel with four Micarta  pins. This knife comes with a Serenity Knives edge guard.
