Here is a bread knife made in 52100 high carbon steel with a blue dyed maple burl handle. It has three 1/8 inch brass pins in it and there are the letters JRM stamped into the steel. This knife is shiny on its grind line and has buffed forge finish on the back and above the grind lines. This is a right handed only bread knife. Knife comes with a custom felt lined kydex Knife transporter.
