This Santoku features a MagnaCut blade with a beautiful acid wash finish. The handle is full tang construction with a bolster of Burgundy Resin from AAO, and Stabilized Black Ash Burl handle. I used 2 burgundy G-10 pins in the bolster, and 2 ivory and 1 burgundy G-10 pins in the handle. This knife comes with a Serenity Knives edge guard.
