This Gyuto is a full tang Chef Knife made in CPM-154 stainless steel with a buffed forge finish. The handle is stabilized Redwood with 2 - 1/8” white G-10 pins and 2 burgundy G-10 pins. This knife comes with a Serenity Knives edge guard.
