This Santoku is a hidden tang Chef Knife made in CPM-154 stainless steel with a buffed forge finish, and a shiny primary grind. It features a Stabilized Redwood Ferrule, a Blue Dyed and Stabilized Texas Spalted Pecan spacer, and a Blue AAO resin and hex hybrid handle. This knife comes with a Serenity Knives edge guard. 
  I had been slowly getting this knife ready for handle production when our 4 year old wanted to hand sand a knife, when I told him we didn’t have anything ready, he decided we would make one just so he can hand sand it. And here it is, and he got to hand sand it.
