This Honesuki is a hidden tang Chef Knife made in CPM-154 stainless steel with a buffed forge finish, and crackle acid wash. It features a Stabilized Redwood and resin Ferrule, an AAO Purple and Silver resin handle. This knife comes with a Serenity Knives edge guard.
